Health Is Wealth
Health is something that is very important in our day to day life as often we may find that being healthy let's you put more effort in whichever task you are doing, as you can extract most of your potential in fulfilling quality of work at a very high level. Being healthy is beneficial not from view from outside but even from the inside as it often helps you to make the most use of yourself from it. It even helps you to adapt in the long run of your career as well as your life. Being healthy is not an easy task as it is a big responsibility in itself. It also enhances our overall personality in every aspect. There is a saying which is " Health Is Wealth " Which means that you if you have an accurate health then you have got all the money you need because a healthy body is much more keen to do lots of stuff rather than a unhealthy body which cannot perform to that extent. Being wealthy is not listed as our number one priority as staying healthy is which has to be given much more importance and that also on priority basis. Staying away from artificial technology is also a factor that contributes in longevity of our health in the long run plus if you are not taking any sort of medication for your body that may include unnecessary medicines and I would suggest taking no input of at least any medicine is beneficial as well as being positive also plays a major role in your physical as well as your mental health. Staying calm at all times is also recommended at times whenever you are doing any kind of work. Anger plays a very negative role on your body as well as the mind which can be later in life be very disastrous as well as for those around you. Adapting to bad habits is also a sign that will lead you away from staying fit at all times. These bad habits may include smoking (which should be avoided at all times) plus drinking alcohol and as well taking tobacco, as these are the major factors that will slowly deteriorate mechanism in your body as well infect your thinking power. At this point such dangerous obstacles can further drift you away from reaching your motive in life. Only solution to this ongoing problem is self realization between good habits and bad habits that will let you know difference between them. In the end I will suggest you to do leave all such bad habits that can lead to even more damage on yourself and sometimes when we actually realize this mess in ourselves then it is already too late for us to make any changes so staying healthy and in shape is only in your hands, do it before it's too late.
