I have this query regarding monetization that for example if I am uploading creative commons by embedding lots of effects on them and mostly I am getting public watch hours from their only and now my channel has not yet been monetized but have only achieved subscriber count that is 1000?  So will it get monetized as I am not feeling that it will not get monetized but only to be the safe side, I thought about rectifying my query that is why I am posting here?  Plus another query is that in this case if I start making videos where my face and voice are involved, will it be considered for monetization? and in this case,  will the YouTube team count watch hours of these new videos or not?
