  " C" had made up her mind to complain to the nearest police stations, so she got out from the hospital with a recording on her phone that she, had already recorded earlier.  This includes a conversation of her with the chemist shop owner, plus it had a video recording that she had taken as proof to show the negligence that she, got earlier regarding her health-related medication.  She was waiting for a nearby cab to pick her up. She waited for some 5 - 10 minutes but there was not a sign of any vehicle which had offered her a lift.
