  This whole title is enough to show what will be written in this passage. It is defined in my terms as helping someone in his or her hour of need.  It can not only be us but it also covers all the animals as well as the air we breathe in the form of inhaling oxygen with the help of plants.  First of all, let me start by saying that I am in a state of depression.
